Ebbers Metalworks has been producing high-quality products for the agricultural sector for 50 years. We develop and produce agricultural products for third parties and under our own management that are marketed by Ebbers Metalworks itself. Examples of our own (patented) products are: the grid waltz and stable equipment such as Proline manure and floor scrapers, the stainless steel Kickstop QRS, the well-known standard Kickstop. These products find their way through distributors all over the world.
Some well-known examples of agricultural products for third parties are: stainless steel livestock delivery devices, cowlifts, stainless steel drinking lids and tools for abomasum operations. Ebbers Metalworks develops and produces these types of products exclusively for these clients and these products also find their way to retailers (inter) nationally. This group of customers got to know the people of Ebbers Metalworks as committed, enterprising, supplier of innovative solutions who supplies excellent quality products.

Boot cleaner BOOT-JET
The BOOT-JET is a unique concept whereby you always walk from the stable to the feeding alley or milking parlor with clean boots.
Hygiene is very important in dairy farming. Good hygiene requires clean, fresh feed and a clean milking parlor. Therefore, avoid taking manure residues and bacteria from the cow shed with dirty footwear to the feed path and milking parlor. You do this by cleaning your boots easily, quickly and properly. This boot cleaner is made for mounting between animals. To be placed where you walk from the filthy area to the feeding alley or milking parlor.

Kick stop

Stanless steel kick stop AUTOMATIC
The kickstop prevents the cow from making unwanted movements with the hind legs in the milking parlour, causing it to kick away the milking cluster, for example.
The Ebbers-kickstop automatic has a unique automatic tensioning system. Very easy to put on and take off. Setting up for setup is no longer necessary.
No extra force effort needed both when tensioning and relaxing of the kickstop.

PROLINE Manure scrapers and water floor squeegees
Ebbers Metalworks has been the market leader of professional manure scrapers in Europe for decades. The PROLINE manure scrapers are made of aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Characteristic of the PROLINE manure scraper line from Ebbers Metalworks are the canvas reinforced rubbers for a very long life.
Specifically for cleaning the milking parlor we produce 3 water floor squeegees.

ECO Manure scrapers
The economical manure scrapers are made of pre-galvanized material and assembled with a reversible rubber strip. If the rubber strip is worn on one side, it can easily be turned around by means of a bolt / nut connection for a double life. The rubber strips are of course also available separately.
